Brineflow Limited is delighted to announce the appointment of Duncan Baker
FCA to their senior leadership team, in the new role of Chief Financial and
Operating Officer following the retirement of Keith Spanton.
Duncan, the former Finance Director of family business CT Baker Ltd, is a qualified
Chartered accountant with top tier firm experience, who served as the Member of
Parliament for North Norfolk from 2019-2024.
Duncan brings enormous experience of finance and operations from a diversified
trading business, encompassing retail and merchanting, and will help Brineflow to
achieve its ambitious targets to double volumes of it’s Nitrasol fertiliser brand and
other crop nutrition products by 2030. His appointment strengthens our strategic
board-level oversight, operational management and national growth agenda.
Brineflow operates from two East Coast terminals at Great Yarmouth and
Sunderland and imports, processes and distributes a comprehensive range of
Nitrasol liquid fertilisers which form the foundation of the UK food chain.
