Cereals is always a highlight of the year for the arable farming community. Hosted on a working farm, it brings together farmers, agronomists, and exhibitors to share ideas, check out new technology, and watch live machinery demos.
This year was no different, with over 17,000 visitors and 420 exhibitors across two busy days. It remains one of the UK’s key events for arable innovation. The event covered everything from precision farming and regenerative agriculture to practical advice and succession planning.
For Nitrasol, it was a great opportunity to show how we’re helping farmers build a greener future with liquid fertilisers designed to reduce emissions and improve efficiency.
Showing What We Do Best
At Nitrasol, we focus on making fertilisers that are better for the environment and better for farms. Our products use significantly less energy and produce fewer emissions than many traditional nitrogen fertilisers.
We offer a full range of liquid fertilisers, including straight nitrogen, nitrogen with sulphur blends, protected fertilisers like AdvaNShield, and specialist foliar nutrients. Whether farmers are new to liquid fertilisers or looking to improve their existing system, we provide practical advice and tailored support.
With two production sites on the east coast, we can deliver reliably when it matters most. Cereals 2025 gave us the perfect opportunity to demonstrate this to a broad audience.
A Busy Stand with Lots of Interest
Our stand number 888, on the perimeter of the Syngenta Sprays & Sprayers Arena, attracted plenty of attention. Footfall was steady right from the 8am start on both days and stayed strong into the afternoon.
Two large tanks at the stand caught the eye and helped kickstart conversations. But it wasn’t just about the display. Our spin-the-wheel game was a hit, encouraging visitors to stop by, chat, and pick up branded caps and merch. And the free ice cream was a simple but effective way to keep people around on warm June days.
A highlight was the “Question Time” session with our chairman, Lord John Fuller OBE, who joined the Seed to Shelf Mainstage, to speak about some of the biggest challenges facing UK arable farming. From post-budget policy shifts to succession planning and on-farm innovation, the session brought practical insight to the issues shaping farming’s future with debate, discussion, and action at the centre.
What We Took Away
Cereals isn’t just about showing off products—it’s about listening and learning too. Meeting farmers, agronomists and decision-makers helped us understand the current priorities and challenges in the sector.
The spin-the-wheel proved to be a great icebreaker, helping us connect with new contacts while keeping things relaxed and friendly. Meanwhile, the tanks gave a clear, tangible demonstration of our liquid fertiliser range. It was clear sustainability is high on everyone’s agenda. From soil health sessions in the Agronomy Zone to talks on regenerative farming, the message was consistent: farmers want practical, effective solutions that also protect the environment.
Looking Forward
To everyone who stopped by our stand, thank you for the conversations and interest. If we didn’t get the chance to meet you this time, we’re always happy to talk. Whether you’re just starting with liquid fertilisers or looking to optimise your current setup, Nitrasol has the expertise and capacity to support you. We’re looking forward to building on this year’s success, with new content, stronger partnerships, and ongoing commitment to helping farms operate more sustainably. See you at Cereals 2026 — bigger, better, and greener.
