Over two thirds of the clear liquid nitrogen fertilisers we sell contains sulphur. We formulate our products with sulphur from two different sources which can balance cost and slow the release of nitrogen whilst reducing ammonia emissions on certain soils.

We prefer Nitrasol fertilisers formulated with ammonium thiosulphate as the sulphur source which provides superior agronomy and pH buffering which enhances plant nutrition. Ask how our ATS sulphur grades can enhance your crop’s nutrition and allow your crops farm to benefit.

We sell our fertilisers in bulk and despatch on weighbridge weights calibrated in tonnes.  As such our formulations are expressed as nutrient percentage on a weight/weight basis.  To convert from weight/weight to volumetric used in sprayer application, multiply by the specific gravity.   This means our Nitrasol UAN Solution 27N 5SO3 wt/wt product will contain 270kgs nitrogen and 50 kgs SO3 per metric tonne or 1000 kgs.   Multiplying by the specific gravity, this is equivalent to 350 kgs nitrogen and 65 kgs SO3 per 1000 litres or ‘cube’
